Storage Instructions
Our degustation high tea set is thoughtfully prepared fresh on the day and is best enjoyed upon delivery or collection.If you’re keeping it for later in the day:
Éclairs: Store in the refrigerator (below 4°C) and allow to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving for optimal flavour and texture.
Savoury Canapés & Pastries: May be kept at room temperature if consumed on the same day. To enjoy warm, reheat gently in a preheated oven at 160°C for 5–8 minutes.
If consuming the items on another day, please refrigerate everything immediately upon receipt. Do note that texture and quality may be affected.
Kindly avoid microwaving, as it may alter the pastry’s texture.

Delivery rates are based on your order value (inclusive of GST) as follows:

All confirmed orders are final and non-refundable. Amendment requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance, are subject to availability and approval, and incur a $10 administrative fee. Please contact shoporders@leclair.com.sg for assistance.
