L’éclair Patisserie’s Sure Win Lucky Scratch Promotion is open to all customers who make payment at our café at 190 Clemenceau Avenue #01-28, Jewel Changi Boutique #01-235 or make purchases online for self collection via www.leclair.com.sg.
Participants will receive one (1) scratch card for every $30 spent within a single receipt.
Exclusions:
** Delivery online orders are strictly not eligible for this promotion.
** Purchases made using Burpple, Entertainer or Chope apps are not eligible for this promotion.
Promotion Period:
The Promotion will commence on 1st November 2023 and conclude on 31st January 2024, or while stocks of scratch cards last.

Expiry Date:
- Redemption of scratch card prizes are valid only until 15 February 2024.
- Any cards not used by this date will become invalid. No extensions will be given.

- This Sure Win Lucky Scratch promotion is organised by L’éclair Patisserie Pte Ltd and shall be valid only in the month of November and December or while stock lasts.
- By participating in the Lucky Scratch campaign, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with these terms and conditions. Any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications by L’éclair Patisserie Pte Ltd which shall be final and binding.
- L’éclair Patisserie Pte Ltd reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the prizes offered without notice to the participants.
- Personal data submitted shall be used to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Lucky Scratch campaign only.
- L’éclair Patisserie Pte Ltd, and L’éclair Patisserie Pte Ltd’s partners and/or sponsors for the Scratch Card (if applicable) shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or damage in connection with the Scratch Card.
- Vouchers and prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. L’éclair Patisserie Pte Ltd accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the prize winnings. Prizes are subject to availability and L’éclair Patisserie Pte Ltd has the right to substitute any prize for a comparable prize of equal or greater value to be awarded in lieu, subject to any applicable law.
