Does L’éclair provide delivery service? How much are the delivery charges?

Yes we do! For your convenience, we provide island-wide delivery services*.

Delivery rates per location are as follows:

  • For orders below $30 spending, a delivery fee of $25 is applied.
  • For orders above $30 spending, a delivery fee of $15 is applied.

Additional surcharge of $5 is applied to addresses in Sentosa Island and addresses with postal codes starting with : 01,02,03,04,05,06,07,08.

Delivery* is waived for orders above $150 spending

  • Free delivery is not available with the use of any promo/discount codes

*Delivery service is not available to highly restricted areas such as Jurong Island, PSA ports, army camps, airport terminals and etc.


How many flavours do L’éclair sell?

We sell up to 10 flavours of éclairs daily. Four of which are our classic flavours – vanilla & caramelised pecans, dark chocolate, salted caramel and ispahan. Remaining flavours are seasonal and you may check out our online store for the latest collection.


Does L’éclair sell different sizes of éclairs?

L’éclair sells two sizes of éclairs. The regular-sized éclairs are 14cm in length while the mini éclairs are 8cm in length.


Do I need to order my éclairs in advance?

Yes and No! You may come down to our café or boutique store to purchase our regular-sized éclairs for dine in or takeaways. However, we do encourage customers to place an advance order online for bigger quantities as we have limited éclairs in store daily.

Mini éclairs can only be ordered via our online store. Advance notice of one day is required. Both pick up and delivery options are available.


Can I pick up my online order at Jewel Changi Airport?

Yes! You may collect your order between 1 to 9pm.


How long can the éclairs last outdoors?

All our éclairs contain dairy products, hence it is recommended to refrigerate the éclairs within 1 to 2 hours from purchase to prevent spoilage or contamination as Singapore has a very warm and tropical climate. In addition, our éclairs are best consumed chilled.


Can I keep the éclairs overnight?

Our éclairs are assembled fresh every morning and are best consumed on the same day as the choux pastry might dry out overnight in the fridge.


Are the éclairs halal?

Unfortunately, we are not halal certified. However, we use fish gelatine (halal gelatine).


Does L’éclair have any nut-free/dairy-free options?

We use a variety of imported premium ingredients in our éclairs, including milk, cream, butter, eggs, sugar and flour. Our eclairs do not contain any preservatives or additives however they all contain dairy. While some of our éclairs are nut-free, they are prepared in the same kitchen as other éclairs that contain nuts. We do try our best to prevent cross-contamination. Can I walk-in to the cafe for the Afternoon Indulgence Tea Set?

Unfortunately no. We do require at least 1 day in advance notice and prepayment for the Afternoon Indulgence Tea Set. However, we do have 2 all day afternoon tea sets available in our café menu!


Do you sell savoury items apart from éclairs?

Yes we do! We have a selection of savoury pies and main items available in the cafe and on our online store. Each savoury pie comes with a house salad. We also sell freshly baked butter croissants in the cafe! Furthermore, we do sell mini versions of our signature chicken bacon pies online!


Does L’éclair offer customization for special occasions?

We are happy to be part of your corporate events, themed parties and other joyous celebrations – please leave us a message or email us directly at hello@leclair.com.sg with details of your request at least a month in advance.
