Delivery, Self-collection & Order Amendment

Does L’éclair provide delivery service? How much are the delivery charges?

Yes we do! For your convenience, we provide island-wide delivery services via our third-party delivery partner, Lalamove. As deliveries are planned in advance by route, please ensure your details are correct before checking out.

Delivery rates are based on your order value (inclusive of GST) as follows:

Orders below $50: $30
Orders $51 – $99: $22
Orders $100 – $199: $20
Orders $200 and above: $10

Location surcharges (on top of standard rates):

Postal codes starting 01–08 (CBD / Marina area): +$3
Marina Bay Sands (Hotel/Mall) / Sentosa Island: +$5
Delivery is not available to highly restricted areas such as Jurong Island, PSA ports, army camps, airport terminals and etc.

What happens after I placed my order?

Your delivery or self-collection order will be arranged according to the date and time you have selected. We are unable to fulfil any orders that do not fall within the required ordering lead time. We reserve the right to deny any late order requests or changes.

Can I make amendments to my order?

We do not accept any refunds, cancellations, or amendments to dates and items once payment has been processed and completed online.
Amendment requests are subject to availability and will incur a $10 administrative fee per request. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any changes. Please write in to shoporders@leclair.com.sg and we will do our best to assist.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any amendment requests at our discretion.

Can I cancel my delivery and choose to self-collect instead?

Once the delivery option is selected and payment is made, no amendments or refunds will be accepted.

As deliveries are scheduled in advance with our third-party vendor, we are unable to provide refunds for orders placed incorrectly. Please check your order carefully before checking out.

Can I cancel my self-collection and choose to have it delivered instead?

What happens if I / my recipient is not around during delivery?

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the selected date and time. As we work with a third-party delivery fleet, our drivers may have other scheduled jobs and are unable to wait or return for a second attempt.

If a redelivery can be arranged, it will be subject to driver availability and a full redelivery fee of $30. This charge is non-negotiable. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to plan ahead to avoid any inconvenience.

Can I arrange a surprise delivery for my recipient?

We love helping you make someone’s day! However, do note that our drivers will need to contact your recipient upon arrival. If calls go unanswered or the delivery is rejected, a redelivery fee of $30 will apply and will be subject to driver availability.

To avoid any hiccups, we recommend giving your recipient a heads up that something special is on the way — without spoiling the surprise, of course. 😊

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we do! Same-day delivery is available for the following items:

D-I-Y Boxes (regular éclairs)
Gifting — regular éclairs
Other Pastries
Cookies

Please note the cut-off times for same-day orders. For the 11am to 3pm slot, orders must be placed by 10am. For the 3pm to 6pm slot, orders must be placed by 2pm.

If you’ve missed the cut-off, we’d love to see you in café! Pop by for a takeaway and bring a little L’éclair home with you.
