Welcome to L’éclair by Sarah Michelle – Singapore’s first éclair specialty store and cafe, born out of creativity, passion and a great vision.

For so long, eclairs have been known to only be filled  with plain pastry cream, glazed with dark chocolate. But why? The world is full of endless possibilities, so should the world of eclairs.

At L’éclair, we believe eclairs deserve so much more respect and attention. Having been trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, we understand the intricacies of creating a twenty-first century worthy éclair. One that balances both science and art. One that is beautiful on the inside and out.

Every éclair is lovingly handcrafted daily — generously filled and delicately garnished with the utmost precision and patience — to give you a real taste of Paris. We are relentlessly committed to using only the finest and freshest ingredients, and focus our time and energy to perfecting every bite.

Reinventing flavours is at the heart of what we do at L’éclair, day in day out. We draw inspiration from everything around us, experimenting with unexpected palates and textures, in the hopes of surprising and delighting people with new creations and collections.
