At L’éclair, we believe eclairs deserve so much more respect and attention. Having been trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, we understand the intricacies of creating a twenty-first century worthy éclair. One that balances both science and art. One that is beautiful on the inside and out.
Every éclair is lovingly handcrafted daily — generously filled and delicately garnished with the utmost precision and patience — to give you a real taste of Paris. We are relentlessly committed to using only the finest and freshest ingredients, and focus our time and energy to perfecting every bite.
